By simply accessing the website, you will be considered a "User" and will therefore be deemed to have explicitly, automatically, and voluntarily accepted all the general conditions in force at the time of access. User Obligations and Responsibilities

When using this website, the User agrees not to violate applicable laws, principles of good faith, generally accepted customs, or public order. The use of the website for unlawful, deceptive, malicious, or harmful purposes against My Host S.r.l. or third parties is therefore prohibited. Use must be appropriate and correct, and the User agrees not to engage in any behavior that could harm the image, interests, and/or rights of My Host S.r.l. and/or third parties, or that could damage, disable, overload, or otherwise hinder the normal use of the site. The User must also refrain from attempting to access, use, and/or manipulate data belonging to My Host S.r.l.
For those contents and/or services that may require the User to provide personal data, the User agrees to provide truthful information. In this regard, the User is solely responsible for any inaccurate or false statements made and for any damages that such information may cause to My Host S.r.l. or third parties. My Host S.r.l. takes reasonably adequate security measures to detect the presence of viruses. Users are invited to refrain from introducing or spreading computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that could damage the physical or logical systems of My Host S.r.l. or third parties. Finally, My Host S.r.l. reserves the right to block a User’s access upon any indication of fraudulent use of the services offered, as well as to take the necessary legal actions to defend its interests or to temporarily suspend, without notice, access to the website for maintenance, repair, updates, or improvements.

Intellectual and Industrial Property – Permission for Backlinks/Hyperlinks

The content displayed on this website, in particular designs, texts, images or photographs, graphics, logos, icons, buttons, software, trade names, trademarks, or other elements that may be used for commercial or industrial purposes, are subject to intellectual and industrial property laws and are owned by My Host S.r.l. or third parties who have duly authorized their inclusion on the website.
Under no circumstances shall any license, waiver, transfer, total or partial assignment of such rights, or grant of rights or expectations of rights—particularly with regard to alteration, exploitation, reproduction, distribution, or public communication—be implied without the prior express authorization of My Host S.r.l. or the rightful owners. Furthermore, the User agrees not to reproduce the website or any of its contents in any form without prior written authorization from My Host S.r.l.
However, the User is granted a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive right to create links only to the homepage of the website for private and non-commercial use (hyperlink/backlink). Websites that include a link to our site:

Company Liability

My Host S.r.l. is not responsible for service failures from its server center, communication network issues, or problems resulting from malfunctioning or non-optimized versions of any type of browser. Furthermore, My Host S.r.l. shall not be liable if it is unable to provide the service due to prolonged power outages, telecommunications line failures, social conflicts, strikes, explosions, floods, acts or omissions of government authorities, and in general, all cases of force majeure or unforeseeable events.
Both access to the website and the use of any information contained therein are the sole responsibility of the User. My Host S.r.l. is not liable for any consequences, damages, or harm arising from such access or use, but it will act to promptly remove content that may cause harm once it is notified or becomes aware of it.
My Host S.r.l. accepts no liability for security errors or any damages to the User’s computer system, files, or stored documents resulting from the presence of a virus on the User’s device used to connect to the website’s services and content, browser malfunctions or use of non-updated versions, phone failures, interference, omissions, or disconnections in the operation of electronic systems due to causes outside of My Host S.r.l.'s control.

Dispute Resolution – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These General Terms of Use shall be governed by Italian law and, in particular, by legislation concerning the protection of personal data (Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 and the European General Data Protection Regulation) and the laws on information society services (Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce). Any disputes shall be resolved before the courts of Florence, Italy.

In accordance with applicable privacy laws (EU Regulations n. 679, 2016), we would like to take this opportunity to inform you that your personal information will be processed in an ethical and transparent manner, only for lawful purposes, and in a manner that safeguards your privacy and your rights.
Processing takes place manually and using IT tools, and is done for the following purposes:

1. To obtain and confirm your booking of accommodations and other services, and to provide such services as requested. Since this processing is required to define our contractual relationship and to perform under our contract with you, your consent is not required, unless certain “sensitive” information is submitted. If you refuse to submit your personal information, we will not be able to confirm your booking or provide you with the requested services. Processing shall cease once you check out, although some of your personal information may (or in some instances, has to) continue to be processed for the purposes and in the manner described below;
2. To comply with our “Public Safety Law” (Article 109 Royal Decree n. 773, 18/6/1931) which requires that we provide identification data of our guests to the police, for purposes of public safety, in the manner established by the Ministry of the Interior (Decree of 7 January 2013). Data submission is mandatory, and does not require your consent. If you refuse to provide such information, we will not be able to host you in our structure. Data acquired for such purposes will not be retained by us;
3. To comply with applicable administrative, accounting, and tax regulations. For these purposes, your consent is not required. Personal information is processed by us and our persons in charge of data processing, and is disclosed outside the company only when and if required by law. Should you refuse to submit the required data for the above purposes, we will not be able to provide you with the requested services. Data acquired for such purposes is retained by us for the required statutory period (10 years – or longer, in case of tax audits);
4. To allow you to receive messages and telephone calls during your stay. Your consent is required for such purposes. You can revoke your consent at any time. Such processing, where consent is granted, shall end when you check out;
5. To send you advertising messages, newsletters and promotions. For this purpose, upon obtaining your consent, your information shall be retained for a maximum of 5 years. This service will be provided by mailchimp.com, which will manage user subscription, the sending of the Newsletter and the cancellation of subscriptions. The user can unsubscribe from the service at any time by clicking on the link that appears at the end of each email or by exercising his right to cancellation or objection with us.

We also would like to inform you that the European Regulation grant you certain rights, including rights of access to, adjustment, erasure, limitation of, or objection to the processing of your data, as well as data portability rights, when and insofar as applicable (Articles 15-22 of the EU Regulations n. 679, 2016). You can also file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, according to the procedures set forth under applicable regulations.
